Stop juggling Libre, Dexcom, and Medtronic apps. OneTwenty unifies all your CGM data, adds AI-powered insights, and shares it with your family and doctor — in real time.

Every time you switch CGM sensors, you lose your history. Your doctor gets mismatched 14-day PDFs. Your family can't glance at your readings. Sound familiar?
4 different apps, 4 different report formats. Zero interoperability between CGM brands.
14-day PDFs that don't stitch together. No doctor can build a 6-month picture.
Parents can't check your glucose at 3 AM without unlocking your phone.
Requires self-hosting a server per patient. Great concept, but impossible for 99% of users.
No technical setup. No bridge servers. Just create an account and connect your CGM.
Create your account. No servers to deploy, no databases to manage. Just email and you're in.
Libre, Dexcom, Medtronic, or any Indian brand — connect via xDrip+, our built-in uploader, or Nightscout protocol.
Your glucose readings stream into OneTwenty. View live BG, historical trends, AI insights — all unified in one place.
Invite your family to the Glucose Clock. Give your doctor a live dashboard. Everyone stays in sync, always.
Built by a Type 1 diabetic who lives this problem every day. Every feature exists because we needed it ourselves.
Log meals via natural language or let Strava auto-sync your runs. "2 rotis for lunch, 4 units Novorapid." Activity syncs automatically.
A real-time ambient display for your bedside. Parents, spouses — one glance replaces the anxiety of unlocking an app.
Months and years of data across any sensor — Libre, Dexcom, Medtronic. One continuous timeline, one PDF for your doctor.
Live multi-patient dashboard for clinics. See all patients' glucose at a glance, flag highs and lows, generate clinical reports.
Always-on glucose reading in your notification bar and home screen widget. No need to open any app.
Real-time glucose data shared with caregivers. "Alexa, what's my son's blood sugar?" Custom alerts for highs and lows.
No other platform combines CGM unification, managed hosting, AI insights, and real-time family sharing — in one platform built for India.

I switched from Libre to Dexcom last year and lost 8 months of glucose history. OneTwenty fixed that — all my data is now in one place, regardless of which sensor I use.
The doctor portal is a game-changer. Instead of patients bringing USB drives and mismatched PDFs, I see all their CGM data live on my screen. I can finally provide data-driven care.
The Glucose Clock on my nightstand changed our family's life. I don't wake my daughter at 3 AM anymore — I just glance at the soft green glow and know she's safe.

No. OneTwenty is built entirely from scratch using Python (FastAPI) and PostgreSQL. We implement the Nightscout API protocol for compatibility with existing CGM uploaders (xDrip+, Spike, etc.), but the underlying architecture is completely different — multi-tenant, AI-native, and designed for scale.
OneTwenty works with all major CGM brands: Abbott Libre (all versions), Dexcom (G5/G6/G7), Medtronic Guardian, and most Indian CGM brands. If it works with Nightscout or xDrip+, it works with OneTwenty.
Simply type or speak naturally: "Had 2 rotis for lunch, took 4 units Novorapid, walked 3 km after dinner." Our AI (powered by AWS Bedrock) parses the text, logs each treatment entry correctly, and over time learns your patterns to provide weekly insights.
It's a real-time ambient display that shows your (or your loved one's) blood glucose. Keep it on your nightstand, desk, or wall. It glows green (in-range), orange (borderline), or red (critical). Parents no longer need to wake up at 3 AM to check their child's phone.
Absolutely. We use AWS Cognito for authentication, AWS KMS for encryption at rest, and all data is transmitted over TLS. Our infrastructure runs on HIPAA-eligible AWS services, and we're designed for ABDM/ABHA integration.
Yes — with your permission. You can invite your doctor to the OneTwenty Doctor Portal, where they see a live dashboard of all their patients' glucose data, can generate AGP and TIR reports, and flag critical readings. No more carrying USBs and PDFs.
